About The Role



We are transforming the commercial cleaning space, combining pioneering future-fit technology and innovation with an ambition to ensure that every colleague has progression opportunities through dynamic training, development, and access to education.

Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Cleaner and an End Of Tenancy cleaner to join our business on a full time and part time basis, working on multiple sites within the London region.

The successful candidate will be field based and happy to travel in and around the London area as part of their daily role with work patterns being set by the Area and Regional Managers on a daily and weekly basis.

A Company Van/car will be provided to you along with all of the cleaning Equipment that you will require in order to carry out your job role.

Due to the nature of our clients business, the successful candidate will be required to hold an Enhanced DBS as part of this role.

Working Hours



40 hours per week - Times/Days flexible depending on business needs (please note this will predominantly be evenings after 6pm)

Duties and Responsibilities



Cleaning all areas of our clients sites including hoovering floors, cleaning and sanitising surfaces. Ensuring that the standard of cleaning is delivered based on agreed specification Ensuring health & safety legislation is followed at all times. Responding to ad hoc requests from Area and Regional Manager Escalating any concerns or site-level intelligence to the Area Manager Completing stock checks and following agreed process for ordering Effective collaboration all colleagues, Regional Managers and Area Managers

Qualifications and Skills



An Enhanced DBS check - desirable but application can be funded upon offer of employment Demonstrable experience in a similar role A proactive approach and an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organised Self motivated, confident and an engaging approachable manner with a 'can do' flexible attitude to work requirements Excellent client focus and a proven track record of service delivery in facilities management or contract cleaning environment Team player and able to motivate others
