Were looking for a motivated Estate Operative (Cleaner) to ensure our communal areas and open spaces in Bath are always at their best.This opportunity is 22.5 per week (Mon-Wed), fixed term for 3 months with possibility to extend.What Youll Be Doing?As an Estate Operative (Cleaner), you'll be part of a two-person team maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our properties and estates. This role involves working from 7 AM to 3 PM and requires a full, clean driving licence to drive our Curo vans.Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain communal areas, including refuse and recycling spaces, to a high standard.
• Identify and report any Health & Safety concerns promptly.
• Work closely with your team to deliver excellent service to our residents.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
