We are looking for a motivated individual to support our web publishing community and help migrate their websites to our new web publishing platform. This is a great opportunity for early-career project management professionals to practice and experience coordinating a complex project and learn in a supportive environment in the central Website and Communications team.
The successful candidate will coordinate the move of over 150 websites from the University\'s current website content management system into our new web publishing platform.
This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
The Opportunity:
The University has a centrally managed website platform with over 150 live, high profile, websites. We are developing a new web publishing platform and need to run a complex migration project to move all the sites and their content over into the new platform.
We are looking for an advocate for great communication and customer service to make this transition for our website owners as seamless as possible.
It\'s an exciting time to join Website and Communications as we roll out our new Web Publishing Platform, signalling a change to the way the University publishes content. This role offers the chance to collaborate with colleagues from across the whole University and reinvigorate our publishing community about what content design is and what it can achieve.
