Provisioning Coordinator - Porting / Telecoms - Hybrid/SE1 - \xc3\x82\xc2\xa332-37K

A growing Telecommunications Company are looking for a provisioning coordinator to add to their team and act as client point of contact!

This position is responsible for liaising with customers and account managers to ensure all information is correct and complete in order to fulfil requests. This person will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure that services are delivered on time to all customers.

Suitable candidates should show some of the following:

*** Previous Admin experience in a Telecommunications or similar Service Delivery environment desirable

*** Any experience with Porting or Port Orders would be beneficial

***Experience with Data/MPLS circuits /Ethernet leased lines

*** Experience managing conflicting priorities and multiple parallel projects preferable

*** You can maintain high levels of professional behaviour even whilst working under pressure.

*** Experience with ServiceNow or another service desk preferable but not essential

*** Strong organisational skills and time management

*** You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
