Brief:
A global Microsoft Gold Partner is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 HR Consultant to implement Microsoft Dynamics HR for their clients.
This role gives you the opportunity to work as part of a pure HR implementation, or as part of a larger, multi-product, D365 solution implementation meaning there\'s lots of room for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Take part in each phase of the implementation process, from analysing the client\'s current business requirements to configuring Microsoft Dynamics HR to meet the client\'s needs
Perform gap analysis on business requirements and provide recommendations on solutions
Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Human Resources and evaluate the customer\'s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
Required Skills and Experience:
Detailed experience in the HR sector (specifically with HR systems)
Experience implementing in HRM solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics
Experience working with a Microsoft consultancy/partner
