Summary

We are seeking a skilled MET (Mechanical, Electrical, Trim) technician to join our team at G & B Accident Repair Centre in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch accident repair services.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles accurately. Carry out repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, and electrical components. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform repairs. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards. Complete all work within specified timeframes while ensuring quality control.

Requirements

Proven experience as an MET technician or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in automotive repair. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: 18.00-22.00 per hour
