The Role:



As the

MEP Site Manager

, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP installation works on-site. You will ensure the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of all systems to the highest standards, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and the client to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all MEP works on-site from installation through to commissioning and handover. Manage subcontractors and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, building regulations, and project timelines. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies on-site. Ensure compliance with QA policies. Coordinate with the wider MEP and construction teams to resolve technical issues and maintain programme milestones. Review and monitor progress, quality, and compliance aspects of MEP services delivery. Liaise with consultants, engineers, architects, and clients during site meetings and inspections. Maintain accurate site records including progress reports, snagging, and commissioning documentation. Support procurement activities, including materials and subcontract packages. Supervise testing, commissioning, and system handover. Drive a high-performance culture that delivers excellence in quality and client satisfaction. Being involved and helping the build team in other aspects of the build where required. Integrating with the build managers and become part of the overall build/project team.

Qualifications & Experience:



Proven experience as a MEP Site Manager/Project Manager role within a main contractor or large subcontractor environment. NVQ Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing, or equivalent qualification. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card preferred) Strong understanding of building services, mechanical drawings, and M&E coordination. Ability to manage subcontractors and build positive working relationships on site. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Experience working on residential schemes essential
