You will experience working in a way that is very different to traditional community based mental health teams. For example, working from a psycho-social perspective, all our interventions and ways of working are psychologically informed and evidence-based, and we work closely together as a team by taking part in team group reflective sessions lead by our Psychotherapist, daily huddles, and supportive, meaningful, and regular supervision. All our CPA Care Co-ordinators have small caseloads of around 12 15 and youll be one of six Band 5 Mental Health Professionals working across the Island, supported by Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioners, Recovery Support Workers, Peer Support Workers, an Assistant Psychologist, a Senior Psychological Therapist, a Psychotherapist, a Social Worker, an Occupational Therapist, a Nurse Consultant and Medics.
