Your Role

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Lead your shift, providing clinical guidance and supporting the care team. Safely administer medications and manage treatments. Promote independence, well-being, and dignity for all residents. Maintain accurate care and risk plans and ensure compliance through regular audits. Be a key player in helping residents work towards greater independence and quality of life.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to nursing. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Commitment to delivering person-centred care and promoting positive outcomes. Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or brain injury rehabilitation is an advantage.

Shift & Pay

21 per hour Flexible hours to fit your lifestyle (Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / Night Shifts: 19:15 PM - 7:15 AM)
