Position RMN - Inpatient - Darlington

Salary 26-35 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RMN to join our team for one of our private clients. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of 26-35, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive mental health care to patients within the community setting.

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised care plans.

- Administer and monitor medication, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.

- Offer therapeutic interventions and crisis management.

- Support patients and their families through education and counseling.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Skills and Qualifications

- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.

- Extensive experience in Mental Health Nursing

- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Capability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Highly organised with effective time management skills.

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
