Job Description
Braefield Care Home are looking for new experienced mental health nurses. Braefield Care Centre is situated in the picturesque twin village of Kells and Connor. The surrounding rural area, centred on agriculture lends to a therapeutic environment for those living there. Braefield Care Centre provides services for individuals with physical disabilities, mental health illnesses, old age, frailty and dementia.
Braefield Care Centre has 4 separate units presently with one unit under development:
- Killybegs : 8 bedded Mental Health Unit - led by a Mental Health Nurse Unit Manager. This service has its own individual activity therapist.
- Kells - 21 bedded Dementia Nursing Unit
- Ballee - 17 bedded Nursing Unit
- Connor - a 10 bedded Mental Health Unit - led by a Mental Health Nurse Unit Manager. This Service has its own individual activity therapist.
