This role involves organizing and coordinating First Tier Tribunals, Section Renewal and Hospital Manager Appeal meetings for service users. The administrator will be responsible for preparing and arranging paperwork to support the meetings, as well as arranging CPA and/or CTR meetings for the patients and providing administrative support to the medical team.Main duties of the jobAs a Mental Health Act & CPA Administrator, you will be responsible for processing hearings for Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers Reviews, including notifying all parties, obtaining reports, negotiating hearing dates and venues, and providing and processing documentation in line with MHA Code of Practice and procedures.
