Hybrid working ( 3 days office - Waterloo) Our client is a not for profit organisation which aims improve gender diversity in the finance sector by inspiring women to join and succeed in the sector, nurturing changes necessary for diversity and inclusion to flourish. We are seeking a highlighly organised, friendly and communicative individual to work with a small friendly team in a role that will focus on managing the CRM database, providing administrative help with co-ordinating events, co-ordinating with key stakeholders and communicating with external senior members. The role will involve liaison with a broad range of individuals from the financial services sector and will also be extended to helping co-ordinate several events, including breakfast and evening functions, which you may even attend.
Diary management and support to head of member services and wider team
Maintainance of the centralised CRM system -updating and managing member contacts including sponsors and mentors
Assisting with member profiling for events, mentoring and outreach
Support head of membership in executing new strategies to engage the membership base, re-engage lapsed members and improve automation
Working with the marketing team on publishing content on the member portal .
Provide event and committee management support to the senior project associates - drafting documents/ updating event documents/ general project support etc
Liaising with key stakeholders to assist the team with maintaining positive relationships by monitoring & responding to committee and members feedback & queries in a timely manner
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
