Front of House Team Member

As a Member Experience & Sales Advisor, you'll be the friendly face at the front of our club, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and potential customers. You'll play a key role in the daily operations, ensuring the gym is always looking its best and everyone is having a fantastic experience. Key Responsibilities

Member & Guest Interactions:

Greet everyone who enters the gym, engage with members, and ensure they have an exceptional experience during every visit.

Sales & Memberships:

Conduct sales tours, make outbound sales calls, and guide potential members on their fitness journey. You'll earn commission on each sale, so you'll be rewarded for your efforts!

Operational Excellence:

Keep the gym clean, tidy, and fully functioning at all times to maintain a high standard for our members.

Assist Management:

Provide support to the management team in various tasks and projects to keep the club running smoothly.

Customer Support:

Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and handle general administration at the front desk.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

At least

1 year of experience in a gym environment

essential.

Passion for Fitness:

Someone hungry for a career in fitness with a passion for customer service and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Pay: 12.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
