This is an exciting role as you'd be joining an established non-clinical team that serves 45,000 patients and is rated outstanding by the CQC.
The role is part time 25 hours per week 7.45am-13:00pm

Our receptionists help patients to access the right services, assist with keeping health records accurate and up-to-date, and ensure that appointment bookings are well-managed. We are looking for someone who is confident and has an empathetic phone manner.
Job responsibilities
Make appointments for patients to see GPs, nurses or others.
Communicate with patients, visitors and Practice staff to ensure surgeries run smoothly and on time.
Provide patients, visitors, etc. with basic information and act as a resource, where more help is required.
Operate clinical computer system and maintain high quality data entry.
Communicate with other agencies like transport, phlebotomy, hospital etc.

Reliable and dependable
Previous medical or healthcare receptionist experience is desirable but not necessary as full training will be given
