The Job Role
The logistics department is a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment with a small but 'tight-knit' team who care passionately about each other and the service they deliver. As our Medical Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for processing repairs and despatching consumable sales orders. No previous experience is needed as full training will be given. The role will have scope to develop.
Our Logistics department is a busy place, currently processing up to 50 repairs and 30+ customers sales orders per day.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
Booking in equipment on our inhouse system for service and repair.
Booking out equipment once the service/repair is complete.
Assisting with customer queries over the phone and via email.
To pick and pack consumable sales orders.
Providing proof of delivery using various courier websites.
Support with the physical movement of stock. This will include our off-site warehouse.
Chasing loan equipment with our customers via the phone or email.
To be successful, you'll need to:
Have good Communication skills
Demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Have a keen eye for detail.
Have some IT knowledge would be advantageous but full training will be given.
Enjoy working in a faced paced environment.
Have a genuine passion for customer service.
Have good telephone manner.
The Benefits:
Salary: 23,810 per annum based on 37.5-hour week, Monday - Friday
Variable work patterns between 8:00am - 5:00pm.
