Job Description
Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading Engineering company?
Engenda Group are looking for a mechanical supervisor to supervise a small squad of skilled tradesmen on a large petrochem site.
This is working a fast paced shutdown so experience with shutdowns is essential.
Start Date: 18th September
7 weeks work
63 hours Monday - Saturday
You will:
- Motivate and manage a team of 8 people
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate clearly with site Managers
- Ensure deadlines for projects are adhered to
- Ensure all projects are delivered to meet all client standards
We are open to conversations with both Paye contractors or outside IR35 limited contractors.
