Mechanical Project Manager
A leading M&E construction and Building Services Contractor specialising in commercial projects ranging from \xc2\xa35-20 million are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager. Mechanical Project Manager will be based out of their Oxford Depot paid up to \xc2\xa375k basic dependant on experience.
As a successful Mechanical Project Manager you will be:
- Mechanical Project Manager will be planning, estimating workloads, securing and providing quotes
- Mechanical Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Mechanical Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, Contracts managers and allocating labour to complete the works, with control of the Project from commencement to completion
- Mechanical Project Manager must have a CSCS
- Mechanical Project Manager will have a SSSTS
- Mechanical Project Manager will have a Strong Mechanical background/ Project Manager background
- Mechanical Project Manager will be within a commutable distance to Oxford
