Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the execution of mechanical projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring project success, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You are also expected to generate new business and maintain the existing ones.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment and ensure their timely delivery to the project site.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
