Mechanical Fitter
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled or semi - skilled Fitter to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembly of parts to produce our range of products.
Skills required.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Have a good working knowledge of metals
- Use machine tools (lathes / drilling machines / linisher).
- Perform basic maths calculations for measurements and dimensions.
- Ability to drive a fork lift an advantage
Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating manual machine tools and hand tools.
- Ability to use inspection equipment effectively for checking components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assemble parts accurately.
- Competency in basic maths for measurements and calculations.
- Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work through problems.
Overtime available at time and a half.
Starting Holiday entitlement 20 day plus all public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
