Mechanical Engineer - Facilities Services

We are currently supporting one of the region's most respected holding companies in their search for a Mechanical Engineer to join their operations in Riyadh.

This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Facilities Management or Services, including HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, and building maintenance. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in facilities services or building operations Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and vendor coordination Ability to manage technical reports, maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Native European candidates are preferred due to the client's current diversity goals
