Job Description
I am hiring for Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Officer
Location: Northern Ireland
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems as they are implemented.
You'll have:
Demonstrable Mechanical / Electrical Design & Installation experience.
An understanding of Project Management.
Contract Management knowledge - NEC3/4
Construction & Health and Safety Management experience.
A valid CSR card.
ONC / HNC in Mechanical / Electrical fields
Key Skills: Construction Skills Register card / Mechanical and Electrical Equipment /CSR card
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 200.00-215.00 per day
