Job Description
We are hiring for Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Maintenance Officer
Multiple locations
- Belfast / Antrim / Armagh / Down / Fermanagh / Londonderry / TyroneDemonstrable experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Design and Installation Swiftly and effectively respond to urgent repair requests affecting mechanical, electrical systems, and infrastructure, including kitchen equipment, minimizing disruption. Should be able handle emergency maintenance and repairs for a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations and equipment to restore functionality promptly and safely. Conduct regular site visits to address day-to-day maintenance issues and execute planned maintenance programs to prevent future problems Ensure all maintenance activities and installations comply with relevant regulations and legislation, with a strong focus on health and safety standards
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 26.25-27.25 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday
