We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join one of Scotland's most well-established and reputable specialist contractors. This is a full-time permanent position based in West Central Scotland to work on projects within public frameworks and private clients.About the company:

What will you be responsible for?
  • Creating precise commercial reports and project forecasts.
  • Preparing accurate and timely client valuations.
  • Overseeing the procurement of project sub-contracts.
  • Drafting subcontracts and related documentation in line with company standards.
  • Managing and monitoring sub-contract accounts and variations.
  • Ensuring the commercial aspects of projects are managed in accordance with client contracts.
  • Working closely with site operations and design teams to identify and address risks and opportunities.
  • Participating in project and company meetings.
What do you need to apply?
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
  • Detailed knowledge of commercial management of projects.
  • You will ideally have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector, this is desirable however general construction experience will be considered.
  • You will ideally have experience of working on projects up to xc2xa310 million in value.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with all members of the project delivery team.
Salary: xc2xa360,000 (more depending on experience) + car and benefitsInterested?
