Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Equipment/Marketing Specialist to join our small, friendly team in Bromyard.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of patient handling or a similar sector and be familiar with medical equipment such as hoists, slings, beds, and baths, which are used in the care and nursing home environment.

You should be able to multi-task, be highly organised and have good attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with problem solving skills are also required.

This position reports directly to the Group Managing Director and will offer the potential for future growth.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 16:15.

Responsibilities

Develop a solid understanding of the medical equipment sold by Britton Price Hoists Ltd Liaise with Equipment Manufacturers to ensure we have up-to-date product pricing, specifications, images, and best pricing in place. Ensure the company website is up-to-date with all products, specifications, and pricing. Process product orders Update company CRM (Salesforce) Provide regular updates to customers who have products on order. Ensure regular activity is carried out on the company's LinkedIn page and other social media platforms. Provide administrative cover for Britton Price Training Ltd and the Sales and Marketing Administrator as and when required. Be willing to train to a suitable level where sling prescription requests can be checked for safety and suitability. Liaise with manufacturers to introduce new product lines to the business, set up accounts, and update all business systems with product information. Identify new business opportunities with both new and existing customers for Medical Equipment product supply Produce and distribute monthly sales and marketing reports
