FAMILY SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE - 2+PQE THE FIRM - Legal 500 listed full service commercial firm - Regional law firm with offices in Newcastle - Legal 500 listed, and Chambers ranked Family team THE ROLE - You will be given you rown caseload of Family matters to manage, as well as assisting on more complex matters with more experienced members of the team - Your caseload will consist of a broad range of family matters to include: - relationship breakdown financial remedy work including high net worth divorces - wealth protection in the form of pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements - Private Law Children and Cohabitation disputes; - Attending meetings and negotiations with clients and third parties; - Conducting advocacy; drafting pleadings and meeting Court deadlines THE REQUIREMENTS - The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with c. 2+ years PQE in Family Law - You will have experience handling your own caseload of Family matters - You will also ideally have experience conducting your own advocacy THE BENEFITS - Competitve salary - Career progression, development, further training and mentoring - Flexibly and hybrid working - Benefits package to suit personal circumstances If you would like more information on this Family Solicitor position in Newcastle, please contact Rozie Hunter at BCL Legal.
