Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students. Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback. Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.

Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching children or young adults. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory; newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.
