Your Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons across
Key Stages 3 and 4
, with the option to teach
Key Stage 5
if desired.
Inspire pupils to enjoy Maths and achieve their full potential, regardless of starting point or background.
Use effective assessment and feedback to track progress and plan next steps for learners.
Contribute to curriculum planning, resource development, and departmental improvement.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support academic and personal growth.
Play an active role in the wider school life, including form tutoring and extracurricular enrichment.
Who We're Looking For
A qualified teacher with
QTS (or equivalent)
and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject. Applications may be considered from experienced Mathematics Teachers with alternative but relevant education backgrounds.
A passion for teaching Maths and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to bring the curriculum to life with creativity and enthusiasm.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A reflective, resilient, and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and students.
