Our organisation provides tutoring services to primary and secondary students throughout the UK. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, committed and passionate about the subject area of the tutoring position. It is essential that any tutor hired have a strong command of the subject material.

Responsibilities:

Establish clear, attainable goals for students. Introduce students to many different learning styles. Use classroom examples and real-world problems to explain, show, and demonstrate all coursework. Help students get comfortable with the language of maths, science and english. Engage students in class discussions about the subject matter. Establish a grading policy that helps students focus on the knowledge rather than scores. Give students advice about how to approach their studies. Establish a good rapport with students.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.75-13.50 per hour
