We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our established senior team.Supporting the Labour Ward Coordinators on the night shifts to ensure safety across the unit.The post holder will be a clearly identifiable senior clinical member of the Midwifery team. They will have significant clinical experience, provide sound clinical expertise to ensure delivery of high quality, safe, and compassionate evidence based care. They will work closely with others to ensure that care delivery takes place in a suitable and safe environment to support the physical and psychological wellbeing of staff, women, birthing people and families.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be a clearly identifiable senior clinical member of the Midwifery team on night shifts. Participate in audit and reporting on quality standards.   • Research/audit/quality improvement experience

  • Evidence of delivering high quality teaching to staff groups
