What You'll Be Doing:

As a

Site Technician

, you'll be working outdoors, traveling to different sites to

test and sample construction materials

like

concrete, asphalt, and soil

. You'll ensure materials meet the highest industry standards while managing equipment and maintaining accurate records.

On-Site Testing & Sampling

- Conducting

Concrete, Asphalt & Soil testing

following industry standards.

Fieldwork Across the Southwest

- Working on a variety of sites

Managing Equipment & Records

- Using digital tools to log and analyse data.

Independent Site Work

- Taking responsibility for daily work planning and test execution.

What We're Looking For:

No experience needed

- Full training provided!

Strong work ethic

- Willingness to learn and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
?

Full UK Driving License

- No more than 3 points (Essential).
?

Basic IT Skills

- Comfortable using a tablet for data entry (Essential).
?

Availability for occasional night shifts

- Paid at

1.3x rate

(Essential).
?

Good numeracy & literacy skills

- Educated to

GCSE level or above

(Preferred).
?

Construction/testing experience

- Nice to have but not required!

Base Salary:

24,000 per year

Overtime Rates:

Monday to Friday 1.3x rate + opportunity to earn higher rate on the weekends.
