As the successful candidate you will ensure all materials from external suppliers is available to cover production orders, based on existing supply contract conditions and production quantity planning requirements.
You will be responsible for submitting call-off orders and forecasts to our suppliers respecting contract zones, in addition to calculating MRP parameters and the revision for components (RAW).
Monitor closely supplier deliveries and our reminder mechanism.
Support and act on cross-plant initiatives related to Material Supply Planning and manage the actions from ECN processes.
Control phase in/phase out process for new products, supporting Group and project buyers through to handover status.
Act as the contact person for trouble shooting in case of part (RAW) discrepancies in production.
As part of this role, you will also solve invoice verification queries, process goods receipt booking, the movement of stock into SAP WM and complete month-end checks and counts on selected parts.
In addition, you will also co-ordinate and plan deliveries to designated unloading points.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at
all levels.
A good understanding of SAP/MM and WM is essential for this role.
Experience with SAP Ariba is a preferable to have.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills are required, as is a keen eye for attention to detail.You will a logical thinker, highly skilled in problem-solving with the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
General IT Literacy is an important skill to have including a working knowledge of all MS applications.
