Material Flow Leader - 38877 - \xc2\xa327.79/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

Do you have experience of Logistics methodologies, and are you seeking a new contract role in Solihull? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Material Flow Leader, and the material flow contract role comes with an umbrella rate of \xc2\xa327.79/hr (Inside IR35).

As a Material Flow Leader, you will be responsible for delivering all on-plant logistics solutions and infrastructure. You will also deliver improvements within the existing shops and support the delivery of the new model solutions.

In your first few weeks in this Material Flow Leader role, you can expect to:

• Manage internal projects (Ignite, kaizens, MVB) through from concept stage to implementation
• Handle the planning, procurement, installation and commissioning of production and logistics facilities
• Coordinate with the LLP to drive improvements in marketplace and sequencing operations marketplace and lineside layout ACAD design and implementation
• Conduct data analysis and the development and implementation of improvement plans
• Input and maintain key Material Flow Data in PODs

• Support department with project cost submissions and reviews.

To apply for this Material Flow Leader role, you will need previous experience of logistics methodologies and Lean Manufacturing application to manufacturing.

You will also require the following:

• Data analysis experience
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Previous experience of Logistics methodologies and Lean Manufacturing applications
• Knowledge of CMMS3 and SAP
• Team leadership and effective communication skills.
