OVERVIEW

We are recruiting for experienced chefs to work at one of the city\'s leading football stadiums, to work on match days all season. The site has a variety of kitchens from fine dining banqueting to buffets for 500+ people.

You will work as part of a brigade of chefs to achieve a successful service for your lead chef. Working on A section and helping out where needed.

Experience in large scale Banqueting is preferable, but if you have a minimum of 3 years chef experience in fast paced environments, feel free to get in touch as hard working, skilled chefs with great attitudes are always welcome.

\xc2\xa320ph for this role, inclusive of holiday pay.

You also have the choice of working with us at other venues/events and freedom choose your shifts.

Requirements for the role

• Valid Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergens certificates - we can provide if needed.
• You will preferably have an NVQ Level 1,2,3 Professional Cookery (or equivalent) OR relevant experience in the role.

Responsibilities and Duties

\xc2\xb7 Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining kitchen cleanliness to the highest standard

\xc2\xb7 Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management.

\xc2\xb7 Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance

\xc2\xb7 Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance

\xc2\xb7 Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.

Benefits of working with us

-Pay rate between \xc2\xa315-\xc2\xa320 per hour, pay does vary from one venue to another.
