Priding itself on achieving strategic aims while ensuring a collaborative, inclusive and rewarding team dynamic.The RoleThe Marketing Technology Manager plays a key role in the development, execution, analysis and reporting across all of our marketing technology and related activity.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the Head of Brand & Digital Marketing, as well as the wider Brand & Digital Marketing team on a range of digital marketing initiatives.System Management

  • Take a lead role on the strategic management of the firm's MarTech such as CRM system (InterAction) and email marketing (Vuture)
  • Email marketing templates
  • Support others in the Brand & Digital Marketing team and be an expert to help improve processes using our marketing technologies and recommend best practice
  • Works closely with the Design team to ensure reporting, templates and marketing technology interfaces are on brand and effective.
  • Data quality management and improvement, working with BD & Systems Analyst, and Marketing Technology Executive
  • Provides support to the Marketing Manager for campaigns and content
User Experience
  • Training programme for PAs and other users of the firm's MarTech
  • User adoption of marketing technologies
Metrics to drive brand engagement and revenues
  • Analytics management
  • Reporting management
  • Social media reporting, specifically LinkedIn, on a Quarterly basis, and work with the Marketing Manager to deliver
  • Website reporting management
People Management
  • Build successful partnerships and relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business process management in respect of marketing technologies, working with BD & Systems Analyst and Client teams
  • Data quality management and improvement, working with BD & Systems Analyst, and Marketing Technology Executive
  • Management responsibility for the Marketing Technology Executive
Key StakeholdersBD Managers and their teams, Communications team, Technology team, Knowledge Management and Hub teams.Personal Specification - Experience, Knowledge & SkillsExperience and Knowledge
  • Minimum of five years' experience in digital marketing
  • Graduate with a relevant professional marketing and/or business qualification - preferable
  • CRM experience: knowledge of InterAction, and CRM and its role in business change desirable
  • Prior experience of working with content management systems, e-marketing tools and analytics programmes - desirable
Skills
  • Budget and project management skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with experience of the Microsoft Office suite tools and the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite
  • Experience of managing and getting the best out of CRMs
  • Experience of email marketing systems
  • Experience of multiple website content management systems, and the reporting of performance
