CK Group are recruiting for a Marketing & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, working remotely on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary:
\xc2\xa323.62ph PAYE

The Location:
This role is fully remote.

Marketing & Talent Acquisition Specialist Role:

• Write in the employer brand voice across our digital ecosystem, including for our career site, employee stories, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, internal/employee-facing programs and communications
• Create content (including graphics, GIFs and videos) in Canva for regional employer brand and position-specific marketing campaigns
• Design, manage and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, across a range of platforms
• Create training programs, messaging, talking points, guides and job aids for Global TA
• Assist in the management of all global employer branding channels, technology and platforms

Your Background:

• Experience in a recruitment marketing and employer branding role
• Experience with Canva ? designing graphics, videos and GIFs; Writing; employer brand execution; recruitment marketing Canva, Microsoft Office Suite
• Can quickly make people feel comfortable, heard and acknowledged. High emotional intelligence and thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, global environment, working with diverse colleagues
• Prior experience in recruiting a plus
