Our content is curated to express the detail and technology that goes into our products, that are suitable for outdoor and city adventures alike, it is then shared with new and existing customers through multi-channel activity.

We are looking for a Marketing & Studio Assistant to play a valuable part within the team reporting directly to the Head of Brand. The ideal candidate will have multi-channel marketing experience and a strong understanding of photography to support our in-house Photographer with shoot preparation and asset management, plus supporting with day to day running of the studio. This role supports the Marketing team with all areas of marketing including copywriting for digital and printed channels, Direct Mail production for sale periods and seasonal launches, and advertising and event organisation.

• Marketing or Photography qualification preferable
• At least 1-year experience of working within a marketing consumer brand
• Attention to detail
• Working understanding of Capture One and image processing
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Accurate record keeping and reporting
• Copywriting experience essential, with understanding of SEO copywriting
• Understanding of FTP and document transfer technologies.
• Understanding of brand communications, content strategy and TOV
• Prepared to travel to agency meetings, stores and events if required

• Direct mail support, compiling product information from multiple sources
• Ad hoc copywriting that aligns with campaign requirements
• Liaison with the Creative team to ensure image supply to external agencies
• Support in the curation of brand adverts, briefing and tracking external advertiser activity
• Monitor and request stock removals
• Support with promotions, social media, marketing insights, window campaigns, and event planning
• Preparing images to be re-touched, renaming and exporting images on Capture One
• Studio shoot support, styling, preparing garments etc
• Organising shoot lists, communicating shoot progress, and supporting the Photographer
• Support with model bookings and associated usage agreements
