The Marketing Specialist role will be to support the Service Management Business Unit team in the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness and demand generation to our global audience. We are looking for an enthusiastic marketeer who is willing to embrace a challenge, learn and grow within our expanding global marketing team.

The job will include:

• Support in creating demand generation campaigns to drive leads and Brand awareness activities across web, social and PR
• A focus on social media - creating consistent and regular content for our corporate and advocacy platforms to support brand awareness goals
• Support in external and internal event planning and execution, including online and global events
• Build landing pages and emails on Marketo for regional execution of campaigns

• Monitor, review and report on marketing activities and results to ensure success
• Assist in CRM updates, processes, and data for campaign success
• Support in the production, delivery and development of sales and marketing material
• Build and maintain excellent relationships across the global marketing team

Qualifications

2+ years\' marketing experience - preferably business-to-business and within the software industry/manufacturing/Service/Energy industries.

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo is preferable
• Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications or a related business field
• Design tools or video tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe or Photoshop) experience a plus

• Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and willing to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Oral and written fluency in English is required.
• Project Management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines and able to work independently and proactive.
• Good presentation skills and ability and confidence to interact with internal/external customers
• As a person, you act proactively with a positive mindset and always have the willingness to win, align with our IFS Core Values.
• Ability to work across a matrix organization.
