Summary
To drive customer engagement and expand business opportunities for Hart Bio through innovative marketing strategies.
Responsible for crafting compelling content across various platforms and media while staying ahead of evolving marketing technologies and social trends.
This is a role for a creative thinker with a passion for strategic communication. It presents an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand presence while developing expertise in graphic design and digital marketing.
This role will focus on enhancing visibility via social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop marketing communication strategies and KPI's.
Grow and optimize social media presence, increasing engagement and brand awareness through strategic content creation and analytics.
Develop, monitor and maintain up-to-date and relevant collateral and website content for Hart Bio portfolio and related projects.
Implement content marketing strategies to attract and retain target audiences, conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance search engine rankings.
Provide data-driven performance reports to measure ROI and refine marketing strategies.
Support the organisation and promotion of local events, conferences, exhibitions, user meetings, and distributor events.
Design and dispatch marketing materials (banners, posters, leaflets) for both digital and print use.
Participate in learning and professional development opportunities.
Exhibit strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
Reporting directly to the International Product Manager.
Qualifications/Experience
Essential:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Open to recent graduates with relevant academic background and demonstrable passion for marketing.
Desirable:
Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
Familiarity with internet analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, SEO).
