Well, your new company is a highly established not-for-profit organisation based in Derby, which is one of the largest charities in the UK with a people-minded focus at the heart of everything they do.
The purpose of this role will be to support a region of healthcare facilities by building and managing marketing campaigns to deploy effective marketing techniques at a local level, focussing on enabling, coaching and leading schemes/memberships across the region.
You will be implementing various campaigns across Internal and External communication, PR, Social Media, Local Marketing, Digital Advertising, Marketing Collateral and Print.
Your new team works collaboratively, pulling together each week to discuss plans and actions we\'ll take as a team to drive forward. Encouraged and trusted by your line manager to take the lead and work autonomously, utilising your problem-solving skills to keep your campaigns on track.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, deliver, and report against the Marketing Strategy.
Set up effective marketing plans, that reflect the key aspects of the customer journey, to maximise the opportunities.
Undertake regular review/reporting to determine performance.
Develop marketing support that empowers and enables managers and their teams to undertake effective marketing activity within their local and regional geography.
Build capability, insight and support managers and their teams in the area of community engagement, working with them to identify key stakeholders and agreeing effective stakeholder/influencing strategies and tactics.
Support schemes with specific and targeted remedial action plans and tactical initiatives when market conditions dictate.
Support the commercial review process, researching market specific information.
Establish effective techniques, guidance, and collateral to maximise intermediary sales and marketing relationships.
Establish and deliver marketing metrics for all the key stages of the customer journey.
Effectively manage marketing activities within agreed budget and timescales.
You\'ll be based out of their office in Derby, only commuting into the office twice a week.
We\'re looking for an individual with a strong marketing background with at least 2 years of experience within a busy environment, who can demonstrate community engagement and campaign management skills - ideally, you will be someone with a keen interest in charities or not-for-profit organisations.
