If you have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, ideally knowledge of Adobe InDesign, and you're looking for a varied and interesting role--this could be the opportunity for you. Key aspects of the role include co-ordinating information to produce high-quality property brochures, ensuring each home is presented in its best light at launch, and delivering outstanding customer service--alongside a wide range of other marketing and administrative duties.
Experience within estate agency marketing or administration would be advantageous, but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign would be a distinct advantage
Good general computer literacy
Strong typing, spelling, grammar, and creative writing skills
A keen eye for design and visual presentation, with an appreciation for effective photography
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Proofreading and copywriting
Using in-house estate agency software
High attention to detail
A proactive, can-do attitude
