WHAT YOU LL DO

As a Marketing Senior Coordinator within BCG s Insurance Practice Area (PA), you will be fully responsible for the preparation and execution of the complex PA marketing activities across the full suite of internal and external marketing and communication activities and channels, in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, the PA leadership team and the global and local marketing teams. This includes the execution and support of conferences, webinars, events and partnerships as well as tracking and reporting of marketing activities, coordination of communication activities and platforms, PR/media relations and Social Media campaigns.

You will provide support (including onsite) for both internal and external events, evaluating insurance events and partnerships success and assist with enhancing and updating the insurance marketing dashboard along key metrics. You will apply a strategic and creative approach to craft compelling campaigns in support of business and go-to-market priorities for both internal and external audiences.

You will drive the coordination of the PA s social media campaigns aligned with our PA and global strategic objectives. You will actively prepare first drafts of various internal communications, social media campaigns as well as support publication pipelines, driving this forward and fully supporting during development phasing. You will manage content distribution through mailings and online presence and be responsible for tracking and reporting to all stakeholders. You will also be responsible for tracking competitors marketing activities. You will also work with other PAs and BCG global and local marketing teams to ensure an ongoing exchange on best practice examples and innovation opportunities.

BCG s marketing team drives the firm s reputation as a thought leader. We work to strengthen and protect BCG s brand, advance our business agenda, and partner with management to engage with our key audiences through tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations, alumni outreach, recruitment marketing, and social media.
YOU RE GOOD AT

  • Developing and executing a best-in-class suite of marketing & communication materials and activities that support our client teams in building and strengthening client relationships
  • Support our client teams in building and strengthening client relationships (e.g. CCO ready marketing materials & events)
  • Engage our internal teams and reinforce key leadership messages through internal channel activation (e.g. Slack, newsletters, PA Marketing updates etc)
  • Making independent decisions within existing guidelines around marketing / communication activities preparation
  • Applying advanced knowledge and technical skills to support internal communication activities and platforms
  • Owning recurring analysis/ metrics dashboards and preparing budget updates for the Marketing Manager
  • Accurately tracking impact of marketing activities with PowerBI / Tableau, tracking competitors marketing activities, preparing the overview of PA marketing activities and its impact for dissemination to leadership team
  • Creating and executing impactful social media campaigns (organic and paid) with experience using Canva / Photoshop / Figma and Sprinklr - strong writing skills necessary.
  • Appling technical knowledge and creative skills to support the PA s marketing activities (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wrike, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, Tableau, Sprinklr etc.)
  • Acting as buddy for more junior team members
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 4-6+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor s degree
  • Ability to handle defined work area, process or smaller project with minimal guidance (sourcing, learning programs, etc.)
  • Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members
  • Excellent execution/ organizational/ communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - native English
  • Proven analytical capabilities and out-the-box
  • Highly professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude
  • Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations
  • Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Trello and Slack
  • Experience with PR/media relations a plus
YOU LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with the PA s Global Sr Marketing Manager, the Global Marketing Leaders and Regional Marketing Leads, the Global Practice Management Director (GPMD), Regional PA Leaders, the PA Knowledge Team as well as the Business Services team alongside Marketing Coordinators across other practices.
