We are now looking for a talented and driven Marketing and PR Manager to join our small and dedicated communications team. This role will help shape and grow the visibility of our award-winning collection of hotels and restaurants, as well as our luxury travel brand, Routescape.
Working closely with our Group Director of Communications & Marketing, you'll play a key role in telling the stories behind our brands and helping grow our presence both in the UK and internationally.

The role
As Marketing & PR Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the Seren and Routescape brands both nationally and internationally. A core part of the role involves working closely with our external PR agency to manage media enquiries and opportunities and coverage, while also supporting internal teams with press-related content to bring our brand stories to life.
You'll help shape the PR calendar, identify strong storytelling angles across our hotels, restaurants, and travel experiences, and coordinate content or spokesperson support as needed.
You'll support broader marketing initiatives across Seren, creating compelling content for our newsletters, websites and digital channels, and ensuring consistency of voice and tone across all touchpoints. From seasonal campaigns to key launches, you'll help ensure our marketing and PR efforts work in harmony to deepen engagement with guests, clients, and the wider travel and hospitality industry.
This is a hands-on and varied role that requires a strong command of copywriting and editing. Strong organisational skills are key, as you'll work across multiple venues and brands, collaborating with internal departments and agency partners to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
This role would suit a proactive and ambitious marketing professional who is excited to grow with a dynamic business. A passion for food, travel, and hospitality is welcomed, and a genuine interest in helping to build long-term brand awareness and reputation is essential. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit are a must.
What we are looking for
Strong experience in a well-rounded communications or marketing role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or travel.
Proven success in developing and managing integrated marketing and PR campaigns across multiple platforms.
A strategic and creative thinker with a passion for building compelling, brand-aligned communications.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a flair for engaging content and storytelling.
Proficient with CMS tools and marketing platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Mailchimp), with hands-on campaign experience.
Confident working with data, audience segmentation, and reporting to optimise marketing activity.
Skilled in digital content creation and visual storytelling to drive meaningful engagement.
Highly organised with solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative, proactive and confident when working across teams or representing the business externally.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Friendly and approachable, with a team-oriented mindset.
Welsh language skills are desirable, but not essential.
