Calling all chocolate lovers! Do you fancy taking a creative role at Cadbury World and helping to make chocolatey memories that will last a lifetime? We\'re currently looking for a forward-thinking Marketing & PR Executive to support the overall marketing and communications strategy here at Cadbury World!

2023-2024 will be an exciting year to join the Cadbury World team as we launch new zones and celebrate 200 years of Cadbury chocolate! An ideal opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience in campaign planning, content creation and PR communications.

What we are looking for

• Strong written communication and verbal communication skills are essential
• Confidence when talking to a variety of different stakeholders
• A strong creative side is essential as well as high level social media skills (creating static and video content) and a keen interest in current affairs and popular trends
• A resourceful and self-reliant individual with a keenness to learn on the job at a fast pace
• Good business acumen and confidence analysing data and financial information to continually improve marketing campaign success and performance measures
• Knowledge of the tourism and attractions industry and experience working with marketing/PR agencies would be advantageous

In this busy, every day is different role, you\'ll be responsible for the planning, implementation, and administration of local and regional PR activities. You\'ll oversee everything from writing/editing press releases, planning and coordinating PR events and working with the Marketing Manager to create proactive PR opportunities often involving media and film crews.

You\'ll also take responsibility for managing our social media community including the regular creation of assets for both organic and paid campaigns and coordinating our programme of influencer reviews. Updating our website content is also a key part of the role along with managing promotional email campaigns to guests and trade partners.

This is a fixed-term role, contracted until September 2024. Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with some flexibility as there may be the occasional weekend work to support with PR activity.
