The British Library is looking for someone to work within the strategic plan established by the Head of Marketing Campaigns. The successful candidate will support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating and managing the delivery of marketing campaigns for the British Library's culture programmes, including exhibitions and events. You will assist in developing and implementing the day to day delivery of strong, content-led marketing plans for the Library's exhibitions, galleries and cultural events scheme, and support in the development and implementation of major campaigns, liaising with media buyers, creative agencies and other external suppliers.
Alongside other members of the Marketing Campaigns team, the Marketing Officer will be a central point of contact for Library colleagues, suppliers and partners, as well as for external marketing enquiries. You will have proven experience of working on successful marketing campaigns and communicating with specific target audiences, in addition to a deep seated passion for the UK's intellectual and cultural heritage.
