Salford as a city is one of the fastest-growing local authority districts in England and Wales and is becoming more diverse. There are major ongoing health challenges and inequalities within the city and an ambitious set of strategies have been developed to tackle them. Physical exercise, creativity, learning and community development have been identified to change peoples lives for the better.
This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
We are looking for someone who will help usto develop brand recognition and effectively communicate who Salford Community Leisure are, and the value we offer across the city, through meaningful connections with our audiences and establishing strong cross-promotional links between services.
You will be expected to:
Create a brand narrative that resonates with our audience and reinforces our identity.
Provide high-quality marketing materials that aid collaboration between services and ensure our messaging is consistent and engaging.
Focus on Salford Community Leisure's audience groups in order to identify opportunities to cross sell services.
Enhance audience engagement through successful PR campaigns.
Tell the story of our service users through written case studies and video content.
This role will be instrumental in increasing visibility and engagement with our audiences and establishing Salford Community Leisure as a trusted and recognised brand within the community.
