We're an ambitious

small-to-medium business (SMB)

in the garden and grounds maintenance sector, and we're looking for a

practical, creative, and organised Marketing Manager

to help us grow.

This is a varied

office-based role with marketing at its core

. You'll be responsible for generating leads, supporting our digital presence, and helping manage the flow of new opportunities through the business. Alongside your marketing duties, you'll also support with general admin and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running and refining PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) Managing and updating the website (we use WordPress or a similar CMS) Creating and scheduling content for our social media channels Producing simple but engaging video content showcasing our work and values Supporting email marketing and client communications Tracking campaign performance and reporting on results Assisting with admin around enquiries, quotes, and scheduling Supporting directors in managing the incoming workflow from marketing activity
You'll have the space to bring your own ideas and experience, but we're a collaborative team--so key decisions and campaigns will be discussed with the directors.

Who We're Looking For:

A solid understanding of digital marketing, especially paid advertising and content creation Confident with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and WordPress Good communication and organisational skills Someone who's proactive, but comfortable working closely with leadership A genuine interest in gardening, landscaping, or sustainability wouldn't go amiss (but not essential!)
