dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager

to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives.

This senior role is pivotal in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth both nationally and internationally. As a key member of the management team, you will play a significant role in steering the company's direction.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to promote TILG's programmes and initiatives.

Team Leadership:

Manage a small, talented in-house marketing team, including a web developer and videographer, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Content Management:

Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.

Website Oversight:

Manage and update the company website (WordPress), ensuring it reflects current offerings and is optimised for user experience.

Social Media Management:

Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

Event Promotion:

Coordinate marketing efforts for key events, including national finals and regional roadshows, ensuring maximum participation and exposure.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with organisational goals.

Requirements:



Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the education or EdTech sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with content management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyse marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Willingness to travel nationally as required for events and meetings.

Desirable:



Familiarity with the UK education system and the school-buying cycle. Experience in launching SaaS or subscription-based products. Knowledge of the Gatsby Benchmarks and their application in educational settings.
