Key Responsibilities
Develop Strategy: Create comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with wider business objectives and oversee and manage subsequent marketing plans and activities, ensuring global brand consistency across all channels.
Track performance: Monitor performance metrics globally and optimize strategies to stay on target to reach wider marketing objectives.
Global Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee implementation: Oversee, and adjust marketing strategy across multiple formats (Content marketing, social media marketing, Distributor marketing etc.)
Product Launches: Collaborate with product and sales teams to define messaging and positioning for new product launches. Lead marketing campaigns and develop go-to-market strategies to ensure seamless introduction to the market - coordinating with all internal teams for seamless execution.
Promotional materials: Oversee the creation of promotional materials, landing pages, and campaigns, giving feedback on visual, copy and effectiveness. Ensuring both partners and sales managers have the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products.
Marketing Copy: Manage the creation of high-quality marketing copy, including website content, press releases, and product descriptions, ensuring messaging aligns with brand tone and appeals to target audiences.
PR and Influencer: Manage PR agencies and their output, ensuring maximum coverage aligned with our products and their KPI's. Oversee the implementation of influencer and affiliate programs, ensuring alignment with the products and our brand.
Trade Shows: Plan and manage participation in international audio trade shows and events, coordinating booth design, branding, and promotional activities. Develop pre- and post-show marketing campaigns to maximize exposure and engagement.
Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, sales, and external partners to develop co-marketing strategies and enhance product offerings. Including product collaborations with third parties.
Budget Management: Effectively managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient.
Market Trends: Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Update Stakeholders: Provide ongoing support and updates to key stakeholders.

We are a globally recognized audio company, specializing in high-resolution audio products, including DACs, headphone amps, and power supplies. With a strong reputation for innovation and excellence, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy.
This will initially be to cover a maternity position, then on the return of the Current Marketing Manager the team will be divided under the two marketing managers.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, product launches, trade shows, social media, copywriting, and distributor training. You will work closely with internal teams and global partners to ensure brand consistency, market growth, and successful product positioning.
The successful shortlisted candidates will be asked for a Character reference and a previous employer reference. There will also be a task.
