Job Description

The Marketing Manager holds responsibility for the Amcare franchise marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the Amcare Service Solution part of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing service solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.

\xc2\xb7 Become familiar with a Value Based Concept highlighting the Key Differentiators that Amcare/Convatec offers the UKI Markets.

\xc2\xb7 Working closely with the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales teams \xe2\x80\x93 field sales and the customer interaction centre; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.

\xc2\xb7 Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Convatec Business unit management teams to define marketing materials and programs.

\xc2\xb7 Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

\xc2\xb7 Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.

\xc2\xb7 Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or similar education/experience.

\xc2\xb7 Professional chartered marketer (CIM) or similar recognition.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.

\xc2\xb7 Confident, driven and dynamic leader.

\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Search engine marketing experience \xe2\x80\x93 SEO, paid search advertising, PPC.

\xc2\xb7 Content marketing \xe2\x80\x93 blogging, press releases, webinars, forums, Q&A sites.

\xc2\xb7 Social media marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, YouTube, advertising through social media.

\xc2\xb7 Email marketing.

\xc2\xb7 Mobile marketing.
